Pledge / Ordering online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to make pledge/donations on our site.

Return / Refund Policy / Guarantee

Every item we offer is carefully inspected before it is shipped. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you, and we are notified within 10 days of the donor's receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. We do not refund the shipping and handling on original orders. The exception to the forgoing is the Body for the Ages pledge/donation, wherein pledge/donor receives the Body for the Ages Online Wellness Program: Including a personalized physical assessment, your own Personal Coach, Panel of Experts, motivational CD, Educational Teleseminars, advanced Wellness Techniques, access to our secret web pages, the Humongous discount price list, the book: Body for the Ages: From Heart Surgery to Bodybuilding Champion, and more. Content of BodyfortheAges.org may vary from time to time. 

Imagine a Nonprofit offering a return of your donation, if you are not satisfied with what we do with your donation! Within the first 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied, all FIRST payment pledge/donation monies will be promptly returned to you. (Our standard Shipping & Handling is excluded, even if Body For The Ages Nonprofit absorbed the cost on the original pledge/donation). All we ask is that you return your handwritten or typed notes & your recorded progress, if you participated in our Online Wellness Program, because after all, it wouldn’t be fair if you didn’t make a sincere effort. Please keep all the other products & services received as our gift to you. You can ask for return of first monies advanced, by each, or all areas of pledge/donation i.e. request return of pledge/donation applicable only to Body For The Ages Online Wellness Program, Products for Life, and/or annual Team Membership. Delivery Information 

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Pledge/Donations

Goods are charged at the amounts shown on the pledge/donation Form on the date the donor places the order, and are exclusive of VAT. Pledge/donations are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change, you will be informed, and asked if you wish to reconsider your pledge/donation before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 15 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
